Do I have legal rights against a verbally abusive and emotionally abusive boss?
I have worked at the same place for nearly 20 years with the same boss. She has always been verbally abusive, but now it is getting worse. She has threatened me with my job twice this year. I am tempted to take another job which pays substantially less to get away from her. Is there anything I can do? I don't want to quit my job, but the emotional stress is getting to be too much. We are employed at will and she has fired many people for no reason.
