Do I have any legal recourse?

I am a Registered Nurse who worked at a local hospital for over 20 years. I am 1 of 4 nurses who all got terminated around the same time. We all have 20 plus years of employment with this hospital. We all worked on the same floor same shift and all accused of taking or diverting percocet from a machine called a psyxsis. We all have outstanding yearly evaluations. We are all now fighting to retain our nursing license. We are innocent and believe that the hospital cleared house. We all had top pay scale. Do i have any legal action I can take for this injustice? We were not the oldest workers there! Thanks for your time
