Do I have a right to ask for my first paycheck that is held by an employer after just starting?
Hello,
My employer is holding my first paycheck after working two weeks, I will get a paycheck two weeks after that. I know it is customary for employers to hold the first paycheck, but is this legal or is this convention? I want to know if I have the right to ask for my paycheck for the two weeks I worked at the two week mark.
