Do I have a lawsuit?
After I disclosed to two managers that I was recently seeking psychological therapy, I was reassigned from a managerial role to a non-defined non-managerial role. This new role was undefined. I also did not receive a mid-year review in march when all other employees did. While I did not have a formal review, i did turn in the requested review form where I again (this time in writing) disclosed that I was seeking psychological help (I'm not exactly sure how I worded it on the form). I was let go a few months later due to "position elimination". Is there a discrimination case here?
