Do I have a good basis for suing my employer for a manager who demeans me and not my peers?

1) New manager (and old manager) dislikes me and nitpicks my performance for actions common with 2 peers similarly situated

2) Pleas to owner have been delayed because of owner's health

3) New manager's mistreatment encourages technicians to mistreat me

4) Examples of unusual actions against me:
* asked to disregard sexual/age disparaging remarks from client b/c client was elderly and those remarks are common for his age group
* secret log of my time in and out is kept by technician (only of me and not other two colleagues)
* when i reminded new manager of pre-scheduled time off to attend family event, was called "ridiculous" when other peer often misses work for "family" related events
* have to submit justification for any supplies requested although other 2 peers do not
* spouse was taken aside and told not to eat food in common area meant for employees, although ALL other employees (technicians as well) commonly bring family members to eat food in common area meant for employees
* told i had "bare-feet" when wore sandals to work although 1 peer wears sandals frequently to work (with similar baring of flesh)
