Do I have a case of job retaliation, wrongful termination, and/or harassment? Feels like all of the above...

I was promoted to assistant manager, never trained for it but they needed someone because previous managers were steeling. I made a mistake and the write up they wanted me to sign said they would "retrain" me. I stated I was uncomfortable with this and asked to speak to district manager regarding the word "retrain". She asked why didn't I know the job responsibilities, I informed her I was never trained for any of this, only how to prep, run a shift, lead a crew, etc., but never any of the assistant manager responsibilities. At that time she called the man who trained me for seven weeks at his store, had him on speaker, told him I said he didn't train me in those areas. He called me a liar and told her, "Oh yes I did train her." At that time the DM let him know I was there and that she had him on speaker then she handed me the phone. I proceeded to remind him of our conversation about why I only got a .75 cent raise, and that he had told me I have to crawl before I can walk, and that I don't know how to do (and I listed all the things he never taught me). He got very quiet, I gave DM her phone back, and my life has been absolute hell ever since. I was being sent back to his store for training by District Manager, demoted, decrease in pay by $2 per/hr. He wrote up paper work of his own for me to sign. Fired me before I even returned to his store, I asked why, he said I'm too needy, because I asked him to send me a copy of schedule.
While applying for unemployment, I needed company info, I asked DM for this info, and she offered my job back, but only if another manager would want me, at a lower position and another $1 less per hour. I know this was only offered because it made me ineligible for unemployment. I accepted, I needed a job and was having a hard time finding one. The DM was constantly telling manager to write me up, was very obvious she wanted me terminated as soon as possible. I made sure I never gave any reason to be written up or terminated. I have now been terminated AGAIN, for a no call no show. I called and text the manager who I was supposed to open with, have text messages to support this. Applied for unemployment and was denied. UI claims that the evidence provided by employer substantiates my adverse behavior. This is after the fact that I supplied UI with the text messages verifying that I did call out for shift next day, as well as a conversation I had with same manager stating that he did inform DM that I had called out the night before. I'm still trying to find employment, having a hard time with, Employers want to know why I say no they cannot contact previous employer.
I am so frustrated at this point and have no idea on how to go about this, but I strongly feel wrongful termination, harassment, as well as, job retaliation are all involved.
Any advice is greatly appreciated.
