Do Healthcare workers have to vote in a secret ballot to be a alternative workweek?
Do healthcare workers have to follow the same steps to be an alternative workweek? They fall under IWC Orders 4 & 5. Also, can you do multiple departments at one for the vote or does it have o be separated be department and location?
