Direct deposit reversed?
My paycheck was direct deposited into my account on the same day I resigned. My employment was terminated on the spot. Three days later, the transaction was reversed and the money was taken out. It's been a month and I still have not received a check. Is it legal to reverse a direct deposit and to do so when I'm no longer an employee? Thankfully, I did not bounce any checks. If it matters, the original deposit transaction was still in pending status when it was reversed. Thanks!
