Did I experience institutional discrimination at my place of work resulting in constructive discharge? I had worked for A Company between April 2011 and March 2015. During my employment I experienced promotions into newly created positions as I continued

I had worked for A Company between April 2011 and March 2015 in Silver Spring, MD. During my employment I experienced promotions into newly created positions as I continued to take on more and more responsibility. As of February 24, 2015, I was once again assigned to a newly created position in which I would continue my current duties in addition to the potential duties that would be assigned to me in the new role. However, this assigned position came with a diminution of title and salary and I was told it was not a demotion.
If I was to accept the new role, it would require that I return to a title I held in the company over 4 years ago with a reduced salary. I petitioned with my manager 3 separate times to come to some consensus as I was being paid less and the title being assigned to me was not appropriate to the position and would undermine my standing both inside the company and with the clients that I manage outside of the company. I requested that I be allowed the use my original title or to acquire a title of equivalence if in fact I was to accept the assignment with a lower salary. In response, I was told that I should be willing to accept this newly created assigned position regardless of the title because I had been given unprecedented increases to my salary over the years.
The combination of creating and assigning special positions for me with increases in status and salary, followed by a reassignment to a newly created position with diminution of title and salary as well as the failure of discretion after I had declined the reassignment on three separate occasions because of diminution of title and salary led to my forced resignation a week ago. Do I have any recourse in this matter?
