Can they cut my pay?

i work for a company that contracted me out to another company. I get paid 20hr and they are trying to cut me 8%, saying that they had absorbed the cost, due to ObamaCare. I have never received any benefits of any kind from them. Now they want me and other co workers to sign a deduction form, plus pay 40 a week for group insurance that they yet do not have. Funny thing is they gave another co-worker a small raise 1month ago, now of course they will be taking that in the 8%. Do we have a case? This all sounds illegal to me.
