Can the company be notified 3 years later of multiple office affairs that took place during working
I recently was notified by the spouse of my husband's former co-worker, that my husband had an affair with his wife, and well as multiple affairs while working at this company. Apparently it was common knowledge among the employees. My husband and the co-worker are no longer employed there. The company was bought out by another company this past year. Is there any recourse? The initial affair was 2014-2016. The other affairs dated during the same time frame.
