Can my employer make me use my PTO when they have decided to close the office voluntarily?
Hi, My employer decided to close early for Christmas Eve and New Years Eve and not paying for the remaining 4 hours. However, they are automatically applying my hard earned PTO to those remaining 4 hours of unpaid time without my consent. Is that something that they are allowed to do?
