Can my employer decide when I have to take my vacation?
I have 10 vacation days per calendar year. On November 1st my employer informed me that I was over my limit because
1) they are counting 2 sick days as vacation days
2) they are closing the store at Christmas for 5 days and this has to come out of my vacation allocation.
Are they allowed to do this?
