Can my boss deny my vacation time?
I have been working here for 1 year and I have to move to another city. I gave a verbal that I was leaving before my year marker hit so they could find someone and I could train them. I was told because I gave the verbal before my 1 year marker was passed I forfeit my 2 week vacation time? is this correct. I gave my written 2 weeks after my year marker.
