Can a severance be reduced by the amount paid during the WARN act?
Was recently laid off, company paid the 60 days for the WARN act, and now for the severance, which becomes effective on the last day of employment, which is at the end of the 60 days of the WARN act, is the company allowed to reduce the severance by the wages paid during the WARN act?
