Can a salon owner collect a percentage of services offered in her salon by an independent contractor
I have a tanning, hair, nail and massage salon. The stylists and nail techs are booth renters. The massage therapists are employees being paid a commission for their services. Taxes are withheld. Can I allow a Permanent Cosmetics Technician to use my facility for services and collect a percentage of her services as payment for using my facility?
