Can a pay cut invalidate relocation repayment agreement?
The company I work for is in financial trouble. I was paid relocation when I took the position with a 24 month prorated payback period. SInce i started the company has cut my compensation. Can this considered a breach on the employers end since I am not free to go find another job at my former pay rate? Could this free me from the terms of my relocation repayment agreement?
