Can a corporation tell you and employees to get tougher skin and allow an abusive customer in store?

Customer entered store for the first time that day and was mad at the world and took it out on my employees, my customers, and myself. I never made any negative comments to this lady nor did my customers or employees. Luckily, she did not get physical but she did scream at everyone in the store and tried to fight a customer in the parking lot and that lady is to scared to shop at the store now. A few hours later the district manager did tell me to call the police and file a report and the officer banned her 2 days later. Now corporate is allowing Her to come back into the store when I am scared for my life and for my employees and cus
tomers. Is this right? Are they trying to get me to quit so they don't have to pay unemployment? I didn't do anything except try and watch out for othercustomers And employees. My district manager said that she told regional she had it out for me but they are allowing her back in. Please let me know my options
