Can a Human Resources employee break confidentiality between HR & an employee?
If I went to my HR department to discuss issues about my manager and I asked HR to keep the conversation confidential, can HR go to my manager & inform him that I spoke to HR? And now my manager has began to retaliate against me by making false statements about my performance.
