Can It be a law suit for being done wrong from employer

I started working for a Transportation company in March of 2016 taking people to and from dr appointments etc. they supply the company car that we keep at our residence every day 4 and half months of working I broke my foot on a personal matter not at work so it put me off work until doctor released me per management I returned to work 4 and half months later per doctor and 8 months after being back I had told my supervisor that I was going to be moving but wasn’t for sure exactly what day told him within a week or two so the day came I moved it was a Saturday evening when I was all loaded up with 2 other vehicles that had my property in them so of course when move have to take car as well I had ran out of room in other vehicles so I put a couple bags in the back of the trunk in company car and I leave from the place I moved from and get 2 blocks away and a truck hit me hard from behind in my company car I was rushed to hospital cause I was almost completely knocked out so a couple days later I had a conference call with my insurance department at my job and my supervisor was on call as well he asked questions and asked if I had told anyone that I was moving the car my boss spoke up and said I had told him a week or two prior that I was moving but didn’t pick the phone up and tell them before I moved it so at first they were talking about termination for me not calling and telling them that day so a couple days later I was asked to get pictures of car so I did and in the pictures it showed the couple bags that was in trunk then a couple more days later my supervisor showed up at my new residence and had termanation papers and said on papers I was using the car for personal use cause of the bags that was in the trunk they seem on pictures but over all I was moving car to new location so was terminated 7 months later I get a call from supervisor asking if I would like my job back and I did I have been back with company for 6 months and 2 weeks at this point and have received a verbal warning and a write up before the 6 month period so a day last week I called in to work cause I was sick and in employee hand book it says you have to have doctors note when calling in sick I went to doctor this was on a Thursday and with my illness I had the doctor took me off work until Monday and there was a past time a month prior I gave a doctors note and doctor took off work for couple days and nothing was said about it making me stay off as doctor stated me to and Sunday night my daughter was in car accident that put her in hospital so I stayed at hospital and came home to get a hour and half sleep and was setting alarm on my phone to wake up to get ready for work and as I was doing that I received a email telling me I was suspended from work for being off sick and saying the doctors note don’t count and at this point I have been back over 6 months and says In employee hand book any type of write ups are to be erased and a start over so the manager had told me that he would come by to get the keys while under suspension so I told him I would leave keys in company car cause I won’t be home and he said that was fine as we have always had keys left for us in car to pickup when ever the car is in shop etc he came and got keys out of car and had not told me anything about when I will get keys back no time was set at all for Thursday as I was going to be back to work on Friday Thursday I was at hospital and my volume was down on my cell phone and I looked at my phone at 5:45pm and seen that my manager had called at 3:39 pm Thursday and called again at 5:04 and both times left voicemail telling me to call him and then texted my phone at 5:20 asking me if I was working tomorrow so when I seen that I replied back at 5:45 that’s 25 minuets from his time he texted and I told him yes and told him I’m not home and asked if he would put the keys in the car as things we normally do he did not respond back I came home at 6:30 to discover the car was gone and earlier of the day I looked at my work app and seen my schedule so when car was gone I called manager and he did not answer and I kept texting asking him what is going on he did not respond back right away I looked at my work schedule and he had cleared it off had no schedule so finally he responded back about 45 minuets later and told me because I reached out twice before I texted you thought you might want your car key back and said you will have to come to me now if you want to work and that I need to know now I explained to him I have no way of getting there and I never told you that I wasn’t working and I never had quit so I don’t understand why you came and took car from my residence when you could of put the key back in car so that I can work in morning as this was normal to leave keys in car when picking car up and that you also cleared my schedule already and I told you via text I was working and asked him to bring the car back to me and put my schedule back up he never responded back and he never returned car and never put my schedule back up and the suspension that he had me on I had doctors note as I was very sick and wouldn’t be able to pickup people being that sick and it had been over 6 months being back and did not have none of that erased and started back over and had also said when suspended me that for next 60 days I could not call off for anything and also I have record where I would drive for over 10 hour days I done a lot of 12 to 13 hour days with NO breaks of any kind and this company does this to a lot of people that work for company but got treated unfair got car taken when I never said I wasn’t working and have never quit this job and from the first time he had called my phone that I missed his call at 3:39 I responded back 2 hours and 6 minuets later and I still had 6 hours of my suspension day
