Can I write an open letter to my ex co-workers explaining my unlawful dismissal?

I have filed a charge of discrimination with EEOC against my ex employer. The EEOC is in the process of assigning an investigator. I have been told that my ex-employer had announced in the annual meeting that those who are abscent had poor evaluations and therefore not invited(or fired).

The prospective witnesses are being influenced by this propaganda.

Can I email everybody and tell them my side of story, exposing the companys's double standard and discrimination with a couple of documents as attachments?

Would that jeopardize my case and the investigation that has not even started?
