Can I use my approved vacation as two weeks notice?
I have pre-approved vacation time that I would like to use as part of my two weeks notice. In the personnel policies for my company, vacation time is to be paid at 50% upon exit. If I give notice during my vacation, is it likely they will end my employment immediately in order to pay half the accrued time?
