Can I use fmla to refuse overtime because of a medical condition I have after working 12 hours a day and 60 hours a week? I drive for a living and have a physical job and fatigue kicks in after working long hours, including anxiety.
Been working nearly 70 hours a week from April because of the pandemic. I have a medical condition that can cause of a serious accident. I have fmla, can I use it after 12 hours and 60 hours a week?
