Can I sue former coworker for false allegations leading to an investigation

A former coworker accused me of making a video of her son who was also an employee at the time. She called my work,11 weeks later this past monday, and said she is "out for blood and wants me fired". I take this as a literal threat. I was put thru a stressful investigation. I have MS and it has been affecting me drastically the last 8 days. Today was the final phase of the investigation, and the person that took the video, came forward and gave a written statement and was suspended. So as I have said all along,I did not take the video, and I never had a video. I did see the video, which I said all along, but I die not take it. It was a video of her son walking thru the parking lot, swinging his arms. The person who took the videos said she was concerned. When she showed me,it was 3 to 5secs,I only noticed him walking and swinging his arms. It did not warrant any further action from me.
Can I sue her? For my disease acting up,headaches, lost sleep, eye twitching, threats of "out for blood", I'm in fear, watching when I get in my car and when I get to work, also threatened to have my boyfriend fired. Can I sue for the emotional pain and all I have had to endure due to her false allegations?
