Can I sue a company posting job ads discriminating by age? Ie: looking for a software developer under 30 years of age
I recently fell on a job posting that seemed perfect. An employer offering a decent salary and work position.
The only hiccup, is that they claim to be looking for a person under 30 years of age (for a software job). I do not fit that requirement. Am I eligible to sue?
