Can I sue? Is this legal?

I was recently hired (filled out tax forms and personal file forms) for a bartending position. I was trained/"shadowed" for 2 partial shifts. During my second training/"shadow shift, the lady doing the hiring/training (manager, I assume) told me that she will be making the work schedule over the weekend and that she wanted me to work night shifts. Before I went home that day a customer noticed that I'm pregnant (i am 4.5 months and showing) and made a comment about it. The lady doing the hiring was in ear shot and clearly heard what we were talking about. I hasn't mentioned that I am pregnant, because I don't require any job duty modifications. I still haven't been given a schedule or been contacted by her, I have called and left voicemail and texted, no reply. The customer that made the comment about me being pregnant overheard a conversation between the hiring lady and a man (presumably the owner or managerial position). They were discussing my pregnancy and not putting me on work schedule because of this.
