Can I lose my seniority after 10 years on a union mistake
I have been working with a grocery company for 27 years. I was in the stores for 17 years warehouse for 10 when I went to the warehouse from the store 2 of us were hired in the contract it says we were to go by who birthday every came first which we didn't do they gave me the time on him because I had more company time it's been 10 years at the warehouse and now he's trying to move over me
