Can I fire en employee who is pregnant, close to her pregnancy for absence

I have an employee who is now 7 months pregnant and advisedd me that she would be taking disability at the end of the month which has now changed to the end of next month. Over the past year, she has taken multiple unexcused absences and has used all sick time and vacation. She was placed on probation and since has called in sick or left the office due to illness, unrelated to her pregnancy. She now presents with a doctors note to excuse her for 1 week due to a diagnosis of chronic fatigue syndrome and chronic hepatitis. I do not wish to invite a lawsuit regarding discrimination but do not wish for this individual to continue her employment here. Any thoughts
