Can I collect U.I. if I quit. Company changed my Pay to Commission Only.

After 3 years of employment in my sales position, my company informs me that they are changing the Sales Compensation Program from a Pay Plus Commission Program to Straight Commission with a Draw and I now must sign an Employee Contract and Non-Compete agreement to stay employed. I have no employment contract now. This change in pay and cash flow will cause my family hardship and I will not be able to keep up with my bills. If I quit, to have time me to seek new gainful employment during regular business hours, can I collect Unemployment Benefits? They will be higher than my new weekly draw! Would this be an acceptable "necessitous and compelling" reason? Thank You
