Can I be terminated while a claim for inproper conduct by manager is on going?

I filed a claim against my manager who happens to be a HR manager. Two write ups that she assigned to me for errors that she dulicated by her and for doing as I was told by her that had a negative effect. I have been threaten by the HR manager, degrated by the manager, forced to stay silent for misconduct by those the manager was protecting, and for favoritizm that the manager was proforming even against company policies. The company brought in a third party person to review the claim that happen to be the HR Manager's old boss. I explained that I do not believe that was not a neutral party and the manager had ties to. As of 12/17/09, I received a letter by the CEO termating me due to the HR manager's false claims. Do I have a right to file a suite against the company for this injustice?
