Approved FMLA end of October 2017 to care for mother that had cancer mother past 11/5 I took ILL 11/30 my doctor gave me a note stating I’m under her care from 11/6 and can return 1/3/2018 I took it to job 12/4 which is date I worked last they didn’t accommodate and fired me is this legal?
