Can I be fired for an extra martial affair with a co worker?
The affair happened between myself and another employee in a non-reporting relationship (we worked in separate departments and neither of us was senior over the other). We did use company resources to talk and flirt. If I report the relationship to HR can I be fired? Could he be fired? He also had several other similar relationships in the company.
