Can I be denied certain days off due to my gender?
I'm 4th in seniority in my department of 6 1/2 years. I asked for my regular days off to switch from Thurs Fri to Fri Sat. I was told it cant happen because I am the only female on Saturdays. Though when I take a paid day off on Saturdays my manager doesnt cover my shift with another female, leaving no females that day. I do security in a casino. Am I being gender discriminated against?
