Blackballed still after not working for them 11 years !!1 Walmart

Worked in Edinboro Pa Walmart in deli....hurt my leg there ....I called about my schedule after I was hurt..The so called top supervisor not my direct supervisor, told me to drive 20 miles and don't take any kind of pain pills also make sure I take leg splint of my driver's leg yet, and they had change my whole schedule over the 4 th of july, which I had air plane tickets, to go to a reunion and that i could not go now ,,, I got up set and told her to in my words to put the job where the sun don't shine !! When I went over to get my check they tried to force me into signing the paper that my comments happened at my jog not on my home telephone...I refused to sign and got my check. 11 years later i relocated to another aaaaa area and need a job at walmart ..but when I apply on line ...their only way of applications ...they have me blocked...adverse emploment.
