Being harassed by manager daily about my past criminal history and my weight, what can I do?

My manager has been continuing to make comments such as, 'didn't they teach you to keep your f****** mouth shut in prison? Well you should reach back to that place and keep your f****** mouth shut.' and when I tell her I'm going to report you to HR she says 'see how far you get with that cause your life here can get a whole lot harder'. She is also consistently pointing out that I am a 'big girl' and even though I'm in dress code that it's disgusting to see me in such tight pants. And gives me a list of plus sized retailers to shop at because she'll be nauseous if she sees me in anything tight again. She tells me that the reason I'm doing a specific task is because I am an ex con and am lucky to even have a job. This is just the tip of the ice berg.
When bringing any of this to my general manager he says he puts up with her 'quirks' because they get along so well on a personal level and there's nothing he can do. I am a very confident person and do not let things get to me but ever since I was promoted by her boss to supervisor the abuse has gotten much worse, it's every single shift we have together. I get physically sick before work if I know she's gonna be there. She's not only threatening my job but also my livelihood. Is there anything I can do? Anything at all?
