As an hourly employee in Texas am i required to attend mandatory off hour mtgs without pay?

I am an hourly employee at a pizza franchise. We have many off hours mandatory meetings for which I have said we should be clocked in for and the owner has said no. Today a regional owner was in and I thought they may be more educated on the matter and they told me not to cause any trouble and started the meeting without letting any of us clock in. I would estimate this would add up to at least 25+ hours of meetings over the last few months. These meetings are early morning or after 10pm. I work two jobs and have to work my other job hours around these. Sometimes these meetings are called hours before they occur.
