Are there any tax implications if an employee is on STD and incurs a negative PTO balance before they return and the negative balance is carried into the next calendar year?
are negative PTO balances allowed to be carried over into the next calendar without tax implications if they have taken more than they have accrued because they were on STD and stopped accruing PTO during the STD period.
