Are movie theaters in Wyoming exempt from the Equal Pay Act?
I've been working as a staff leader at a theater for about 3 years. Recently, other male employees were promoted to staff leader and are getting paid more then me. I am the only female staff leader and not getting paid the same as others who have been there less time then i have. Are they allowed to do this? Thank you.
