An allegation has been made against me but my employer won’t tell me what it is. This was a week ago now and I’ve still heard nothing. They are investigating it. What rights do I have? Thanks
My employer has told me a serious allegation has been made about me. She asked me many vague questions before she told me this to which I didn’t understand or know the answers to. It’s been a week now and they still won’t tell me what the allegation is. They have been asking other staff members similar vague questions. I’m in absolute turmoil as I’ve no idea what it could be. I can’t sleep and I feel intimidated and starting to become paranoid whilst at work. Can they do this?
