Am i responsible for repaying?
My question is i relocated with a company and 6 months later they brought me into the office and stated "its a business decision, we are going to let you go" now they are demanding i repay the relocation back money back? At no time did i have anything in my file for performance or other disciplinary issues. Am i responsible for repaying? Contract i signed stated i had to repay if terminated with cause.
