Am I owed earned wages?
I was cheated out of my Holiday pay despite the fact that I followed all of the requirements in our employee manual(EM). I was not paid holiday pay because I called off Sunday which was my overtime. Also, our EM say PTO should be requested. My scheduled shift is M-F and I was at 47 hours by Wednesday, I left 2 hours early on that Friday and 2 hours of my PTO was used without my knowledge. They use word play and trickery like telling us that our overtime is the same as our scheduled workday and because Sunday is the beginning of the work week we are not entitled to be paid time and a half, despite us working a 40 hours week. All of this without giving us proper documentation of these changes.
