Am I entitled to seperation pay if my airline ceases operations?
Our CBA includes a benefit that states "in the event of a furlough or reduction of workforce, such employee shall receive 1 week of pay for each year of service with no cap." Cesssation of operations would likely not be for bankruptcy.
