Am I entitled to commission sales income when I resign my position?
Resigned in early February, 2016, accrued commissions from previous year. Am I entitled by employment law to those dollars?

It usually depends on whether you're an inside or outside salesperson and, if you're an inside salesperson, the employer's policies.
