Am I entitled to California unemployment benefits?

My husband was transferred to California from another state. I resigned my position to move with him. On my last day, my employer asked if I would stay in my position and telecommute from CA for 2 months. I agreed in writing to extend my resignation for those 2 months. I am willing to keep working under these terms but if my employer sticks to the 2 months, will I be considered laid off and entitled to CA unemployment benefits?
