Am I eligible for unemployment benefits?
I am currently unemployed at this moment, I was self employed for about 4 years. Paid taxes and reported all wages to state and federal. My profession was landscaping. Never got a state contractor license. Or dba (doing business as). Around February of this year I was going under the impression that I have no money flowing in and no profit was in my hands. To more getting in debt with credit cards and medical bills I had with myself. Gave me no choice but to stop my business. But later came to a decision to give my business to my younger brother. So now I'm facing a big issue getting a job and coming to an end with having nothing.
