Am I Considered Working The Moment I Am Driving
Am I considered Working the moment I drive my work vehicle. Background info I have a company vehicle I pay 50$ a month to use. I have no physical address for work I work out of my vehicle remote only and at mutiple different customer locations daily. Ive been told if I need to be 2 hours away to be at my 1st stop I need to leave my house at 6 AM to arrive by 8AM but Im only paid starting at 8AM. My company vehicle is work use only carries all of my tools and parts. Ive also been told to work till 5pm meaning potentially working 6am to 7pm but paid 8 hours and eating lunch on the road.
