Accused of harassment. Investigation included accuser and her witness. I was never interviewed or ask for statement. Terminated next day.

My manager came to me and said, someone went to hr and said I threw paper towels at her and hit her leg. I was shocked, this had been 4 days ago. And she was near loud machinery, I was trying to get her attention. I threw the roll of towels toward her, only to hit the floor close to her, to get her attention. Roll bounced, hit her leg. Nothing that she got hurt. I apologized and told her I wasn't trying to hit her, I made a joke. That I had to throw towels cause I couldn't throw my radio. I never thought anything about it. She didn't say or act like a problem. 4 days later, my boss told me. The next day he said he had to let me go. That he had no say in it. I was never asked my side or for statement. Been there 3 yrs, no problem with other employees. She has been there 2 months
