ADP TotalSource has messed with the unemployment insurance benefits wrongly

My wife and I had both worked at a sales company in Aguora Hills, CA. We have both moved to where we are now because she is pregnant and to take care of her disabled mother and sister.

She had been receiving unemployment benefits, after having her telephone interview and EDD doing their telephone interview with our employer.

A couple of months later, ADP (who does the third party contracted payroll for the company we worked for) decided to contact EDD and inform them that she did not let them know she was quitting. She had, in fact, let our employers know ahead of time, and they had agreed to that, ADP was not involved in the situation as they were not our employers.

Now it has been over a month and she has received nothing from EDD, she had another telephone interview over two weeks ago, but no mail. No denial or no approval.

I, on the other hand, have never gotten anything. I had my telephone interview with EDD over a month ago and have gotten no reply, at all. In the past week and a half I have tried to call and email, and yet still I have not received a denial letter or a check. Nothing, and I think it may have something to do with the fact that I wrote down ADP as my employer (I thought that was logical as that is what I have to do for taxes).

We have a baby on the way and if my wife doesn't pay her monthly payment to the Court of Ventura for a fine she has, who knows what might happen to her! Please help!
