A non qualified elective deferral was not withheld and deposited.
I elected to have some of my compensation deferred though a nonqualified Benefit Equalization plan. The large Pharma company I work neglected to defer my compensation and now wants a big check to correct the accounting by the end of the year. This is a hardship for me. ARe they required to make the deposit into the deferred account for me?
