11 year 3mo public classified anual contract school district employee fired for pos. Drug test later ruled to be invalid by missouri Industrial Labor Relations board in appeal review. How do i file a complaint. It is less than 300 days from accurance, but

Commission in finding of fact said Employers HR stated only reason for discharge was because of failed ua test, that i had always been good worker. The commission said test was not in compliance with employers own testing policy, or federal statutes in testing and test carried no weight.
